CBP to Host 10+2 Seminars

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has scheduled six seminars around the country to help educate the import trade on the new filing requirements of the “10+2” interim final rule.

The sessions are intended to help importers and their filing agents comply with the new requirements.

Sessions will be held this month in the following cities: Oakland (Jan. 14), Baltimore (Jan. 22), Philadelphia (Jan. 23), Charleston, S.C. (Jan. 28), and Savannah, GA (Jan. 29).

Dates for Houston, Boston, Miami, Long Beach, Chicago, and Norfolk will be announced in the near future, the agency said.
